Emanualonline.com the biggest SCAM from all websites. Stay away!

3 min read

It's time to examine the biggest scam in the repair manuals category. Emanualonline.com is the biggest SCAM of them all.
Let's get down to business, then!
First of all, it must be said that the owners of this website are from India. So, for them, any method to make money, cheating, or lying is acceptable, as long as they make money. No refunds, just lies and deceptions.
Let's review them, one by one.
First of all, they fake reviews. Trustpilot has been fighting them for a while; they have caught them a few times, but they can't stop companies specializing in fake reviews that know how to fool Trustpilot's protection systems. Indians (from India) hire other Indians (from India) to post fake reviews; it's not hard to understand, and it's cheap for them. So they have an incredible Trustpilot rating. 4.6 stars, and 90% positive are fakes! To understand exactly what we are talking about, only 1% from real companies are getting 4,5 stars on Trustpilot!

But watch this:

As anyone can see, Trustpilot is raising an alarm about the positive reviews they are receiving!!

In the meantime, they find a way to cheat the Trustpilot system. We are in 2026 now...

  Next fake is their location.
They are sustaining this:
Physical Address: 1201 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE, 19899, United States
support@emanualonline.com
Please make a search on Google for that address, and you will see they are not located there at all. Actually, it is a virtual address, and their company doesn't exist at that address. That is the address of a company that is creating "virtual" companies in Delaware, which these guys from India did.
Of course, this is just another lie; they are from India and located there.
And of course, the same problem as with other SCAM websites. There is no real company with a registration number.
From the hundreds and thousands of negative reviews, it is very easy to deduce what they actually do. They sell a manual made for one year for 10 years; instead of PDF files, customers receive virtual images, copies made from Haynes manuals.
Their rating on Yelp is 1. That is, not even one positive review. This makes me think that Yelp can't be fooled so easily, as they did with Trustpilot.
Here you can read:

To hide the lies and scams, they created two more websites, emanual.com and emanuals.com. Exactly the same procedures, scammers.
You can also read this from Reddit:
And this one:
The guys from emanualonline.com, emanual.com, and emanuals.com are scam artists who cheat and fool customers.
They have numerous complaints with the BBB, and if you want to see the truth about them, here:
  Can it be even worse?
Yes, many customers are saying that the products they receive are infecting their computers with viruses.

I suggest reading the negative reviews, which are the only 100% real ones, to get a clear picture of the grotesque scale of the scams on this website.

  Faking the invoices
And of course, their invoices are fake documents, good only as toilet paper if you print them. In India, they do not pay taxes; they never heard about something like this... So, do not expect to get a real invoice, which can help you with your own tax deductions; you will be in trouble! Ask them to send a real invoice, from a real company, and you will see the answer.

There is a lot more to complete; I will definitely come back for editing. For now, stay away from this website; emanualonline.com is a SCAM. As are their satellites, emanual.com and emanuals.com.
